Shortly moving into an SME after having spent almost 20 years in Blue Chip FMCG global companies, I realised very quickly I was dealing with a different beast. Everyone was working hard, but they were’nt working on what was important.

Whilst I was pretty clear about what I was trying to achieve, for other areas of the business there was no clear direction, they didn’t have an end point, the were working on being efficient without asking if what they were doing was effective.
